Placing an Order

When you place your order online, you'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order has shipped you will receive a second email letting you know it's on its way.

What Payment Methods Do We Accept?

Will I Be Charged Tax?

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to the following states: AZ. Tax rates are calculated and applied to your order on order completion. We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges where applicable.

Can I remove items or add items once my order has been submitted?

Once you have placed your order we begin processing your order. If you call us at (480) 832-9196 within 24 hours of order placement we may be able to change it.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

If your order has not shipped or has not been processed completely you can call (480) 832-9196 and we'll do our best to help. Once your order ships you cannot cancel it. You can return your order once it arrives.

What if I have a question about my order?

Shipping Information

How will my order be shipped?

All domestic orders will ship within 24 hours of order receipt. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, and some holidays. Your order, by default will be shipped USPS Ground service unless another service was requested. Once it is shipped, domestic orders are generally received within 5-7 business days, and international within 2-3 weeks.

International Orders

Can my order be shipped internationally?

Yes, we can ship to most countries. Unless another service is requested, International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) flat rate service. International rates are generally higher than domestic, and can vary based on weight and size. You'll know the shipping cost before you finalize your order.
