What is Kashiwagi Solution Model Inc.'s Return / Exchange Policy?

All returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise noted.

All physical items must be in the same condition as when you received them.

Do I have to pay for shipping back?

We are happy to pay for a shipping credit if the mistake was ours. However, we cannot pay for your shipment if you are not pleased with the merchandise. Please call (480) 832-9196 or email Judy.Kashiwagi@ksm-inc.com to discuss the reason for your return and work out a solution.

When are returns processed?

Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for receiving of your return or exchange. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Once credited, allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement.
